Do you love salt & vinegar? Me too! Try this Salt & Vinegar Wings recipe for a nice flavor kick.
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Wings
1 ¼ cups vinegar
½ stick butter
½ cup olive oil
½ cup water
RECIPE:
Combine one cup vinegar, ½ cup olive oil and ½ cup water with ½ cup salt and vinegar seasoning to make a marinade. Place wings in a Ziploc bag and coat with marinade. Refrigerate and marinade for 4-6 hours if not overnight.
Remove wings from marinade and pat dry. Season with 4 tbsp salt and vinegar seasoning.
Cook wings until crispy via whatever method you prefer. I grilled these over a live for for about 25 minutes, constantly flipping.
While wings cook, combine ½ stick butter with ¼ cup vinegar and remaining salt and vinegar seasoning in a small saucepot over low heat. Once butter is melted and ingredients are incorporated, turn off heat.
When wings are finished, toss in a with butter vinegar mixture to coat. Serve immediately.
