Tender, smoky party ribs or riblets cooked to perfection and coated in your favorite BBQ sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
1 rack of Ribs
3 tbsp of THE MVP or your favorite BBQ rub
¼ cup Yellow Mustard
1 bottle of your fav bbq sauce
RECIPE:
Cut your rack of ribs down into single bones, or riblets. Feel free to use a binder if you would like but it’s not necessary. Season your ribs with MVP or whatever rub you are using.
Place your ribs on the smoker at 300-325 degrees and let them cook for about 30 minutes, before flipping your ribs. Let them cook for another 30 minutes or so until the bark has set, the bones start to pull back and they are temping 195-200.
Remove them from your smoker and toss them in sauce. Conversely, if you’d like, you can sauce them on the grill during the last 5-10 minutes of cooking. Serve immediately and enjoy!
