You can use any variety of crustaceans for this delicious Miso Garlic Butter Shellfish recipe! Just smother it in butta and let the flavor train delight your taste buds.
Cook Time: 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 split lobster tail
1 split whole lobster
6 jumbo prawns
2 sticks butter
2 tbsp minced garlic (or 6 cloves, minced)
2 tbsp miso
1 lemon (juiced)
Parsley (optional)
RECIPE:
Brush lobsters and shrimps with miso butter so they are all heavily coated.
Place crustaceans on grill in order of longest to shortest cook time. Split whole lobsters first. After 2 minutes, the lobster tails. After 3 more minutes, add the shrimp.
After you add the shrimp, immediately flip the whole split lobster and brush with miso butter. Flip the lobster tails and brush with butter. Flip the shrimp and brush with butter. Continue to brush with butter until everything is cooked through.
Finish with fresh squeezed lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
