Fiesta Burger 🍔 🔥 Guaranteed to get the party started!
INGREDIENTS:
Wild Fork Foods Chuck Beef Homestyle Burgers
½ white onion, diced
1 large roma tomato, diced
¼ cup diced cilantro
3 tablespoons pickled jalapenos
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons lime juice
¼ cup ketchup
½ cup mayonnaise, divided into equal parts
2 tablespoons FYR GLD hot sauce (or hot sauce of choice)
Brioche Buns
RECIPE:
In a small bowl, combine 1 cup Guacamole with ¼ cup mayonnaise and 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice. Stir to combine and set aside.
In another small bowl, mix together ½ diced white onion, diced roma tomato, chopped cilantro and 2 tablespoons of pickled jalapeno. Season to taste with salt and pepper and set aside.
And in another small bowl, mix together ¼ cup ketchup, remaining ¼ cup of mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons FYR GLD. Combine and set aside.
Drizzle olive oil onto your patty and season with salt and pepper. Grill your burgers over medium high heat. Flip after about 3 minutes and top each patty with a Kraft single. Cook another 2 minutes to finish.
Toast your brioche buns. Lather your bottom bun with your guacamole aioli and then lay your patty down. Top your patty off with your sauce and then finally the pico relish. Top it off with the top bun and enjoy!
